Gevormd door de elementen
Op een mooie prominente plek aan de Amstel, in het Amstelkwartier dichtbij het Bella Vistapark, wordt Elements Amsterdam gerealiseerd. Een prijswinnend gebouw met een bijzonder ontwerp. De vorm van Elements komt niet van de tekentafel, maar is tot stand gekomen door het combineren van data in een 3D model. Waarbij rekening is gehouden met de baan van de zon, daglicht, de invloed van de wind en energieopwekking. Het resultaat hiervan is een gebouw dat in balans is met de elementen, zonder scherpe hoeken, met opvallende bronskleurige horizontale lijnen. De contouren van het gebouw zijn afgestemd op de omgeving en zorgen voor een optimale woonbeleving.

Elements living
In Elements woon je in een gebouw dat heel veel te bieden heeft. In de 70 meter hoge toren komen in totaal 70 koopwoningen en 70 huurwoningen in het middensegment. Elements krijgt verschillende daktuinen een eigen zwembad met uitzicht op de Amstel. Fijne plekken om tot rust te komen. Bereikbaarheid
Binnen vijf minuten ben je thuis vanaf de A2, Station Amsterdam Amstel of metrostation Spaklerweg.

De planning is dat de appartementen in Elements eind 2025 klaar zijn.
